Yoga for hyperlordosis includes exercises for the abdominal muscles and glutes, with attention to hip alignment and lower-back movement. Choose your level of effort according to the cause of the postural changes and the condition of your spine.
In this 25-minute class, you'll try “Standing One-Legged Frog Pose with Backbend”, “Half Pigeon Pose” and “Dynamic Bridge”. During the Bridge movement, you'll gently lift and lower your pelvis. You'll finish with a rest lying down.
Check the exercises with a qualified professional and adapt them if necessary. Don't push through pain or excessive strain in your lower back.
