Factors contributing to the development of edema, among others, include a sedentary lifestyle, as well as a violation of the excretory function of the kidneys and poor capillary permeability.
Therefore in this series of lessons "Swelling removal" the emphasis is on exercises to develop muscle flexibility, improve joint mobility - for better blood and lymph permeability, static and dynamic movements strengthen blood vessels, and working out the back muscles tones up the kidneys and improves the activity of the excretory system of the body.
