Yoga for ADHD combines movement and steady poses, giving you a specific task to focus on. You'll pay attention to your body position, muscle activity and breathing as you make physical activity part of your routine.
Your 20-minute class includes “Warrior 3 Pose”, “Chair Pose”, and “Half Revolved Side Angle Pose”. In Warrior III, you'll balance on one leg and pay attention to your hip alignment. You'll lie down to rest at the end of the class.
Choose a short class and take breaks if needed. Discuss ADHD diagnosis and support with a qualified professional.
