Yoga for ADHD combines movement and steady poses, giving you a specific task to focus on. You'll pay attention to your body position, muscle activity and breathing as you make physical activity part of your routine.
In this half-hour class, you'll try “Standing One-Legged Kriya with Knee to Chest”, “Supported Warrior 3 Pose” and “Warrior 1 Pose”. In Warrior III, you'll balance on one leg and pay attention to the position of your pelvis. You'll finish by lying down to rest.
Choose a short class and take breaks if needed. Discuss ADHD diagnosis and support with a qualified professional.
