The series of lessons "Yoga for Advanced" is designed for those who have perfectly mastered the basic positions of yoga and can begin to perform more complex elements.
The series of lessons increases in time from 10 to 90 minutes. Each longer duration lesson contains more complex load.
The warm-up part of the lessons is the three-time performance of famous Surya Namaskar complex, after that the main part follows, starting with standing postures.
In addition to Sun Salutation pose all presented asanas are performed in a static mode, because only in statics it is possible to pump the trained area deeply in the asana.
In longer lessons you will meet Hanumanasana, Shirshasana, Jana and Parivritta shirshasana, Chakrasana, Crownchasana and a number of other complex elements.
