Advanced Yoga is designed for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to explore more challenging postures.
Session lengths range from 10 to 90 minutes. Longer sessions include more advanced movements and deeper body engagement.
Each practice begins with a warm-up—three rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). The main part of the session traditionally starts with standing poses. All asanas are held in a static mode, allowing for a deeper and more effective practice.
When performing advanced poses, take your time—let your body gradually settle into the posture. Stay present, breathe into the areas being engaged, and allow the practice to unfold naturally.
