Technique of execution
Come up slightly, and sit on your left buttock. Bend your left leg and place your left foot next to your right thigh. Twist your right leg out, so that you can grab your right foot with your right elbow. Link your fingers over your head. Push your foot into your elbow. Breathe evenly. Then bring your arms and right leg down. Repeat on the other side. Come up slightly, and sit on your right buttock. Bend your right leg and place your right foot near your left thigh. Turn your left leg out so that you can grab your foot with your left elbow. Link your fingers over your head. Push your foot into your elbow. Breathe evenly. Then bring your arms and left leg down. Sit back on your heels. Keep your back straight. Let your palms rest on your thighs.
