Bend your legs. Bend down, and bring your hands on the floor. Lift your right leg up, trying to keep it parallel to the floor. Keep your balance. Raise your left hand up, twisting your chest to the left. Keep your pelvis aligned. Breathe evenly. Try to straighten your left leg. Extend up through your left hand. Stretch as far as is comfortable. Avoid pain. Then bring your left hand back on the floor. Bend your left leg, and lower the right one. Bring your feet together. Lift your torso up. Return to mountain pose. Repeat on the other leg. Bend your legs. Bend down, and bring your hands on the floor. Lift your left leg up, trying to keep it parallel to the floor. Keep your balance. Raise your right hand up, twisting your chest to the right. Breathe evenly. Try to straighten your right leg. Extend up through your right hand. Stretch as far as is comfortable. Avoid pain. Then bring your right hand back on the floor. Bend your right leg, and lower the left one. Bring your feet together. Lift your torso up. Return to mountain pose.
