Technique of execution
Place your arms behind your back and twist your palms outwards. Bend your right leg and place your heel on the inside of your left thigh near your groin. Bring your feet together. Repeat on the other side. Bend your left leg and place your heel on the inside of your right thigh near your groin. Continue this left-right dynamic movement. Focus on your breath. Find the rhythm of movement that is comfortable for you. Align your pelvis, back and head. Then stop this movement. Straighten your legs. Bring your feet together. Place your palms near your thighs.
