Yoga for flexibility uses a variety of positions to stretch your muscles and work on joint mobility. You'll stretch your legs, back and shoulders, and loosen up your torso.
In this hour-long class, you'll try “Wide-Angle Pose”, “One-Legged King Pigeon Pose 2” and “Seated Half Lotus Forward Bend”. You'll finish with a rest lying down.
The one-hour class is a good choice if you'd like to focus on stretching today.
When stretching, stop at a moderate stretch without pain. Only deepen the pose while you can breathe freely and remain stable.
