In the "Quit Drinking" lesson series, we support people who have decided to abstain from alcohol for a period of time or permanently.
Alcohol, when consumed systematically, destroys the nervous and muscular systems of the body. Therefore, the lessons focus on performing a series of balance exercises to restore and improve the functioning of the muscular system (body movement in space) by creating new neural connections through the systematic and regular execution of specific asana sequences.
The muscular system is restored through strength exercises performed while standing, lying down, and in planks, engaging all the major muscles that are highly intensively supplied with blood during movement.
The exercise complexes mainly involve static components of movements, which are more complex than dynamic components in terms of maintaining balance. This is done specifically to return the body to optimal functioning in the shortest possible time.
