Yoga for joint mobility combines a warm-up with strengthening exercises and movements for different parts of your body. Depending on the length of the class, you'll focus on your shoulders, hips, knees, feet and spine.
This 45-minute class includes “Son of Anjana Lunge Kriya”, “Twisted Arm Stretch Lying on the Stomach” and “Reclining Angle Pose with Legs Apart and Arms Forward”. The class ends with time to rest lying down.
Try this class when you'd like to focus on mobility and notice how your body moves.
Start with a small range of motion and increase it gradually, keeping your movements smooth. If you feel pain in a joint, ease off.
