Yoga for joint mobility combines a warm-up with strengthening exercises and movements for different parts of your body. Depending on the length of the class, you'll focus on your shoulders, hips, knees, feet and spine.
In this 90-minute class, you'll practice “Dynamic Standing Arm Strengthening”, “Deep Low Lunge Kriya” and “Extended Side Angle Pose with a Bind under the Knee”. The class ends with time to rest lying down.
On a free day, you can try a longer class if you're already used to 90 minutes of practice.
Start with a small range of motion and increase it gradually, keeping your movements smooth. If you feel pain in a joint, ease off.
