Technique of execution

Stand with your feet wide apart. Turn your left foot 90 degrees to the left, then pivot your right foot inwards raising your heel up. On the exhale, bend your left leg. Push your left knee forward, and push your right heel back. Lift your arms up sideways, to shoulder height. Twist your torso and head to the left. Then turn back to the right, to your initial position. Continue this left-right dynamic twisting. Keep your balance. Breathe evenly. Then turn your torso and head back to the initial position. Bring your hands down to your sides. Bring your feet together. Repeat on the other side. Stand with your feet wide apart. Turn your right foot 90 degrees to the right, then pivot your left foot inwards raising your heel up. On the exhale, bend your right leg. Push your right knee forward, and push your left heel back. Lift your arms up sideways to shoulder height. Twist your torso and head to the right. Then turn back to the left, to your initial position. Continue this left-right dynamic twisting. Keep your balance. Breathe evenly. Then turn your torso and head back to the initial position. Bring your hands down to your sides. Bring your feet together.
