Technique of execution

Come up into a kneeling position. Bring your right foot out in front of you. Bend your left leg and grab your left foot with your right hand. Place your left hand on the floor next to your right foot. Twist your head and torso to the right. Pull your left heel closer to your left buttock. Breathe evenly. Then lower your left foot. Press your hands into the floor and sit back on your heels. Repeat on the other side. Come up into a kneeling position. Bring your left foot out in front of you. Bend your right leg and grab your right foot with your left hand. Place your right hand on the floor next to your left foot. Twist your head and torso to the left. Pull your right heel closer to your right buttock. Breathe evenly. Then lower your right foot. Press your hands into the floor and sit back on your heels. Keep your back straight. Let your palms rest on your thighs.
