The Sugar-Free yoga routine offers a chance to pause and focus on how your body feels. Strengthening exercises and mobility work are combined with rest and attention to yourself.
In this 60-minute class, you'll practice “Warrior 1 Pose”, “Equestrian Pose on Tiptoes with Arms Raised” and “Half Boat Pose”. In the Warrior poses, you'll work on leg strength and core stability. Toward the end, you'll practice the breathing exercise “Alternate Nostril Breathing Pranayama”. You'll finish by lying down to rest.
You can devote this hour to practice, setting messages and everyday tasks aside for a while.
Choose a manageable level of effort. New eating habits grow out of small everyday choices.
