In this 45-minute class, you'll try “Son of Anjana Lunge Kriya”, “Standing Frog Pose with One-Hand Foot Grip” and “Three-Limbed Forward Bend Pose”. You'll finish with a rest lying down.
Try this class when you'd like to focus on mobility and notice how your body moves.
