A series of lessons titled "Yoga for Pelvic Floor Strengthening" has been created to strengthen the pelvic floor, improve control over excretory functions, restore muscle tone after pregnancy and childbirth, prevent various conditions such as pelvic floor muscle hypotonia and other disorders, as well as enhance sensitivity and increase sexual function.
For greater effectiveness, it makes sense to incorporate yoga techniques such as mula bandha in dynamic and static holds, which became known in the second half of the twentieth century as Kegel exercises, named after the American gynecologist who popularized these techniques.
The exercises are presented from simple to complex.
The longer the lesson duration, the more intense the load, and more advanced elements are introduced.
