What to do if it does not work out, as in the video

If you can't place your heels onto the floor, place 1-2 blocks or a stable stack of books under your heels to create stable support. With regular practice, you will improve and will be able to bring your heels down.

If you are having trouble squatting down deeply, adjust the pose so that you are better able to squat, making sure that your knees aren't rolling inwards.
