Technique of execution
Lay down on your right side. Prop your head up with your right hand. Placing your palm next to your ear. Lift your left leg up. Bend your right leg and grab it with your right hand. Slowly push your right heel towards your right buttock. Breathe evenly. Keep your balance. Then release the leg and bring it down to the floor. Bring your feet together. Repeat on the other side.
Lift your right leg up. Bend your left leg and grab it with your left hand. Slowly push your left heel towards your left buttock. Breathe evenly. Then release the lag. Lay on your back.
