Technique of execution
On the exhale slowly bend over. Try to place your hands on the floor. Bend your right leg pulling your heels towards your right buttock. Grab your right ankle with your right hand. Stretches as far as is comfortable. Keep your balance. Breathe evenly. Then bring your right foot down to the floor. Bring your feet together. Repeat on the other side.
Bend your left leg pulling your heel towards your left buttock. Grab your left ankle with your left hand. Keep your balance. Breathe evenly. Then bring your left foot down to the floor. Then on the inhale slowly lift your torso back up.
