Technique of execution
Come up into a kneeling position. Pull your right leg forward, keeping it bent, and press your right foot into the floor. Twist your torso to the right. Brace your left elbow against your right knee. Join your your palms in front of your chest. Turn your head to the right. Breathe evenly. Then twist your torso back to the centre. Kneel down. Sit back on your heels. Repeat on the other side. Come up into a kneeling position. Pull your left leg forward, keeping it bent, and press your left foot into the floor. Twist your torso to the left. Brace your right elbow against your left knee. Join your palms in front of your chest. Turn your head to the left. Breathe evenly. Then twist your torso back to the centre. Kneel down. Sit back on your heels. Keep your back straight. Rest your hands on your thighs.
