A moon yoga routine combines flowing movements with poses that develop stability. Focusing on your breathing and how your body feels helps you take a brief break from everyday tasks.
In this hour-and-a-half class, you'll try “Revolved Head-to-Knee Pose”, “Cat Pose with Foot Grip” and “Cat Pose on Elbows with Leg Extended Back”. You'll finish with a rest lying down.
Choose a 90-minute class on a day when you have time to spare, if longer sessions feel comfortable for you.
Stay within a comfortable range of motion and notice how your body is grounded, how you're breathing, and how you feel.
