Technique of execution

Bend your legs. Pull your knees towards your belly, and press your palms into your back to lift your torso up. Try to keep it vertical, and rest your knees on your forehead. Then, slowly bring your back down to the floor, supporting your torso with arms, one vertebra at a time. Stretch your legs out in front of you. Bring your arms to your sides.
