Yoga for the neck combines a warm-up for the shoulders and upper back with exercises for neck mobility. Exercises for other parts of the body complement this work.
In this 90-minute class, you'll try “Dynamic Standing Arm Strengthening”, “One-Legged King Pigeon Pose 2” and “Cat Pose with Foot Grip”. You'll finish with a rest lying down.
On a free day, you can try a longer class if you're already used to 90 minutes of practice.
Move your head gently, avoiding sudden turns or tilting it sharply backwards. If you have pain, dizziness or a condition affecting your neck, discuss the exercises with a specialist.
