Bend your right leg. Grab your shin, and pull your thigh towards your belly. Press your pelvis firmly to the floor. Straighten your left leg. Relax. Breathe evenly. Focus on your breath. Then bring your right leg down to the floor. Return to corpse pose. Repeat on the other side. Bend your left leg. Grab your shin, and pull your thigh towards your belly.
