Grab your left big toe with your left thumb and middle finger. Now slowly straighten your left leg and point it up, until you feel tension in your thigh. Hold your grip. Straighten your right leg and press it to the floor. Breathe evenly. Slowly stretch your left leg towards your head. Stretch as far as is comfortable. Avoid pain. Focus on your breath. Then bend your left leg and bring it down. Lay on your back. Return to corpse pose. Repeat on the other side. Bend your legs slightly. Lay down on your left side.
