Keep your balance, and keep your legs activated. Breathe evenly. Then release your left leg from this grip. Lift your torso up. Bring your feet together. Repeat on the other side. Stand with your feet wide apart. Turn your right foot out 90-degrees. Pivot your left foot inwards slightly, and raise your left heel. Bend your right leg. Lean your torso to the right.
