The series of Headache Relief is designed to relieve headache attacks and for future prevention. There are more than 200 causes of headache, and that’s why it is important to keep in mind that these practices are useful in case when the main cause of one's headache is the lack of physical activities, which leads to a poor blood circulation, low blood pressure and tense in one's neck and shoulders areas.
